Shipping and guarantee
How long delivery takes, what it costs, and what the lifetime guarantee covers.
Shipping
Dispatch. Ready-to-ship pieces leave us in two to three working days. Made-to-order and custom pieces take seven to fourteen days, and we tell you the date before you pay.
Cost.
Tracking. We send a tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as the parcel is collected.
Outside India. Write to us before ordering and we will quote shipping and any duties for your country. Duties are payable by you on arrival.
If it does not arrive. Tell us. We will chase the courier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost in transit we remake or refund the order.

The lifetime guarantee
What it covers. The stringing and the clasp, for as long as you own the piece. If a strand breaks or a clasp fails, send it back and we restring or replace it free.
What it does not cover. Loss, theft, and damage from wear, chemical damage from perfume, scratches, a pearl crushed underfoot. We will always quote you a fair repair rather than push a replacement.
How to claim. Message us with a photograph and, if you have it, the order number. There is no form to fill in.
